Dr. Juan Carlos Rodriguez

Dr Rodriguez currently resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife Daniela, and his kids Santiago and Anabella. Juan was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela.

After graduating from dental school in Venezuela, Dr. Rodriguez was an Intern fellow at Case Western Reserve University Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for a year, before moving to the University of Michigan, were he completed 5 years of graduate training in Periodontics and Oral Medicine as well as an advance Implant training fellowship and intravenous sedation. Dr Rodriguez is a double board certified specialist and has lectured and published in the fields of Periodontology and Dental Implants, he has also received numerous national and international awards for recognition on his clinical cases and translational research. He is a member of the American Board of Periodontology, Midwest Society of Periodontology, Central District Dental Society, American Dental Association and Michigan Dental Association.


Dr. Charles Hagan

Chuck Hagan resides in East Lansing, Michigan with his wife Barb. They have three children, Chad, Chris, and Carly. He enjoys running, golfing, fishing and spending time with his family.

Dr. Hagan graduated from Albion College and the University of Michigan Dental School. He served in the United States Navy for 5 years before completing his Periodontal Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Hagan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He has lectured throughout the country on Periodontology and Dental Implants. He is a member of the American Board of Periodontology, Southern Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association and Michigan Dental Association.


Dr. Janet Zalucha

Dr. Janet Zalucha, a Michigan native, embarked on her dental journey in 2009 at the University of Michigan, earning accolades including a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene, a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, and completing residencies in General Practice at Michigan Hospital and then followed with Periodontics. Her commitment to the advancement of dental education is further evidenced by her past role as an adjunct clinical lecturer at the esteemed University of Michigan Department of Hospital Dentistry. Beyond academia, she's served as a general practitioner for an ambulatory surgical center in Detroit as well as contributed to the State of Michigan's Dental Facilities. Committed to community enrichment since her involvement in 4-H during her youth, she's volunteered her time and expertise to coordinate and participate in an array of community service initiatives. Notable among these efforts are the Mouth Guard clinic for the Michigan Club Boxing Team, Give Kids a Smile Day, and the Taft Dental Clinic. Actively involved in professional associations, she's a member of her local district Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, Russell W. Bunting Periodontal Society, and the American Academy of Periodontics. Amidst her professional pursuits, she finds joy in family and farm life. She met her husband during their training at the University of Michigan and they recently welcomed a new addition, a baby boy born in November 2023.
